Census Form
The Census Form is primarily used to know how many families we serve here in our Parish. In filling out the Census Form, you will be able to keep track of the alms donations you’ve given for tax purposes, as well as set up appointments for a Wedding or Baptisms. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
